Right to withdraw

If you act as a consumer in our online store in accordance with § 13 German Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If the declaration of revocation is sent by e-mail, the declaration is only deemed to have been sent if we confirm receipt.

Consequences of withdrawal

  1. You must return the goods whose purchase you wish to revoke to us at the above address within 14 days of sending your declaration of revocation. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by you.
  2. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are in receipt of the returned goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you or a refund by the same financial method is disproportionately time-consuming or costly for us (e.g. credit card); in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
  3. if the returned goods are defective or damaged in such a way that they can no longer be sold elsewhere or only at a price reduction of more than 10%, your claim to reimbursement of the purchase price shall lapse.

Special provisions for the withdrawal of customized products

When purchasing products that have been manufactured according to your individual wishes and are not available in our standard range, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. This applies, for example, to art prints that have been printed according to your wishes on a special material or a special item (e.g. T-shirt) or in a special size.

The ordering of unusually large quantities of the same or similar products in one and the same order is also considered an individual customer request and leads to the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
